5 BUDGET WEEKDAY MEALS FOR UNDER £25 FROM ALDI Hello! Cooking 5 Budget recipes using groceries and ingredients all from Aldi, for a budget for under £25 for ALL MEALS! Each different recipes feeds from 4-6 people. We have loads of delicious recipes in this video, I stuck to some of my favourite "go-to" weekday meals, budget friendly, super quick and easy to make, delicious and nutritious.

Mushroom Spinach Mascarpone Pasta 1 Medium punnet of button/chestnut mushrooms, stalks removed and sliced (keep stalks for stock!) 1 Pot of Mascarpone cheese Tagliatelle/Fuesli enough for 4 people 3-4 large handfuls of washed baby spinach 1 medium white onion 1 TBSP Smoked Paprika 3 Garlic cloves, crushed

Black Bean Cheesy Burritos 2 Tins of Black Beans (Drained and rinsed) 2 Medium White onions 2 Peppers, washed and sliced (seeds removed) Tomato Purée 1 TSP Cumin Powder 1 TBSP Smoked Paprika 1 TSP Chipotle chilli flakes (Or chilli in general) Mature Cheddar, grated 1 TSP Marmite (Or beef stock) Large Wraps Hot Water (to consistency desired) Olive oil, Salt and Pepper Sour Cream and Chives, Guac to Serve

Cheese and Broccoli Bake 1 Broccoli Stalk and a Large Handful of broccoli florets 1 Large handful of grated Mature Cheddar Small Handful of other cheeses (I used Red leister and Parm) Pasta (to serve 4-6) Palm sized knob of salted butter 1-2 TBSP Plain Flour Skimmed milk Salt and Pepper Smoked paprika (optional)

Easy Chicken Fajitas Chicken thighs, sliced 2 Peppers, washed and sliced 2 Handfuls of Mushrooms, washed and sliced 1 Large White onion, sliced Smoked Paprika, Oregano, Cumin Powder, Chilli flakes (a little chicken seasoning if you have it, from Aldi!) Olive oil, salt and pepper Serve with Guac, Sour Cream and Grated Cheese

Sticky Orange Chicken and Rice Chicken Thighs 2 Oranges, juiced Sesame seed oil (if you have it, otherwise use olive oil) 1 TBSP Honey 4 Garlic cloves (3 are for the dressing) Smoked Paprika 1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar 2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 1 - 2 Peppers, washed and sliced Salt and Pepper Rice and Spring Onions to serve
