ALDI BATCH COOK WITH ME | Save Money & Time Freezer Storage Aldi Meals (Pregnancy Prep) 2021 Elo. Today's video is the first batch cooking video, using ingredients from Aldi (Aldi food haul and meal plan linked below) batch cooking several delicious, easy to make, affordable family meals and storing them in our freezer. This food is going to be great as I am 9 months' pregnant and we are just about to welcome our first baby into the world and so need lots of nutritious, delicious and affordable meals stored in the freezer for us to quickly cook when we are sleep deprived and tired with a baby! This series is for anyone looking for meal plan inspiration, who likes Aldi and wants to save money and time by premaking delicious meals for the freezer. So much money has already been saved!

BEEF BURGERS INGREDIENTS: 2.5ib makes 9 1/4 pounder burgers Parchment Olive oil Burger press -

LIME GARLIC CHICKEN 12-15 chicken thighs on the bone 1 x bag of limes 1 bulb of garlic (or garlic powder) Large handful corriander chopped Lime zest (about 4 limes worth) Melted salted butter 4 tbsp Lea & Perrins

CHICKEN, LEEK & MUSHROOM PIE FILLING 5 x large chicken breasts chopped 7-9 Chopped Leeks 3 white onions 1 punnet of mushrooms 3/4 pot of double cream Pepper and Salt 2 tbsp plain flour 1 litre chicken stock (2 stock cubes)
