Elo! Today, I am answering your assumptions about me. I asked over on Instagram (@Sopherinas) for your burning questions or your assumptions about me and quite a few came through, I am saving some for the next time! Questions about furutre babies, marriage, buying a house and more! Whilst I answer my subscribers questions, I am also baking my highly requested... BANANA & CHOCOLATE LOAF! Ingredients needed (all can be found for cheap in Aldi!) 1 x Free Range Egg 1 x Teaspoon Baking Powder 1 x Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 1/3 of a Block of salted Butter (around 75g) 2 or 3 RIPE Bananas Dark Choc Chips 185g of Self Raising Flour 100g Sugar (Icing sugar if wanted)
Method Melt the butter, mash together with the banana Beat the egg Mixx all ingredients together Bake in a lined loaf tin for 55ish mins at 180 EASY PEASY
