Taste Testing The NEW ALDI Vegan Chicken Spicy Burgers..YUM! And More Baking At Home!
Elo! Another day, another lockdown! Todays vlog, I start the day with a Joe Wicks workout, we have the NEW Aldi vegan range spicy burgers for dinner - apparently they are here to match the KFC zinger burger, Watch to see our review/thoughts on the new "chicken" plant menu burgers. Also I make my homemade Rocky Road for you to copy, it is super easy and a fun task to do whilst in Lockdown/isolation! I hope you enjoy todays taste test and vlog! ROCKY ROAD RECIPE: 135g of (salted or unsalted) butter 200g Dark Choc Marshmallows 3 TBSP Golden Syrup 4-6 Digestives broken into pieces. Melt butter, choc, golden syrup together, let cool for 15ish mins, stir in marshmallows and biscuit pieces, pour into a lined small tin and place straight in fridge. Dust with icing sugar when completely set.
