White Chilli Chicken Ingredients I used 5 Chicken thigh fillets 1 onion, sliced 1/2 bulb garlic, chopped 1-2 large green pepper, washed and chopped 1 tsp mild chilli powder 1 tsp oregano 1 tbsp ground coriander 1 tbsp ground cumin 1 sachet of chicken Freja bone broth (discount below!) 120ml hot water Salt/pepper 3/4 pot of cream cheese Sweet corn and peas Lime/coriander
