Chip cutter:

Pizza dough:

My flapjacks:

Loaded Healthy Flapjacks 260g Rolled Oats 150g Salted Butter Handful pumpkin seeds 1 large tbsp nut butter (whole) Handful chopped dates 2 TBSP Date Molasses (If you don’t have this, swap for honey/maple syrup/golden syrup) 3 Tbsp Honey 3 tbsp natural agave syrup 2 Tbsp mixed seeds (or pumpkin/sunflower/Flaxseed) Handful dark chocolate chunks

Combine all ingredients together (using hands is the most effective way!) Put in a square tin, preferably in parchment paper and bake in preheated oven 180c for 8-10 mins Remove, let cool and set completely in fridge before cutting. Store in fridge for up to 7 days Please note I make this without measuring now as I’ve made them so many times, I could be throwing in more or less butter/seeds/syrups than stated but essentially it’s about trial and error for the perfect consistency
